Trump talking out of both sides of his mouth in a Week on the US Dollar

Out of one side of his mouth, Trump calls Biden a dummy for letting the US Dollar slide, but then he comes back a week later and says a Weak Dollar makes you a lot more money and that there is no inflation. This guy is either stupid or he thinks you're that stupid.
