Trump has spent 13 years promising a Health-Care Plan

He talked all this talk about repealing and replacing Obamacare and never came through on anything. He's had a first term and now in his 2nd term, has offered nothing. He just talks from his rear end and delivers nothing as usual. Republicans in the past at least have had some market solutions, but this fraud, this conman, he doesn't even offer basic solutions to at least bring in some market-based solutions. This guy just talks about how big and great his plan is, yet never offered any details or any real solutions, which is why Obamacare will NOT go away and another opportunity for the Republicans to repeal it will have been wasted by this guy. One could argue, both Trump Presidencies were wasted opportunities, because Trump is nothing but a Deception and a Controlled Opposition Shill.
