President Trump Said 'You Need An ID To Buy Groceries'

Trump calls for Voter ID, but then says you need an ID to buy groceries, since when? Is he that out of touch or is that the future he wants for all of us? Is he hinting that he wants a Digital ID to buy groceries? Last time I checked, even in 2025, you don't need ID to buy groceries, you can use cash or card and present no ID to purchase them. Very strange, but maybe it won't sound so strange in coming years.
