President Trump announces an additional $200 million for CARES Act to fund Warp Speed and Lock Downs

The CARES Act allowed the Federal Government to buy bonds in private companies, it allowed the Government to fund Warp Speed, and it allowed the State Governors to tap into the funds to keep their Lock Downs going, particularly the Blue States which locked down the hardest, states like California, New York, Michigan, New Jersey, and others, and even a Red State like Ohio. It was a huge spending bill and this was only the beginning of it, during the 2020 COVID-19 Psychological Operation.
